The soil and climate of these areas Castellano Manchegas make oils are fruity, showing a remarkable balance between sweet entry, bitter greens and spicy medium intensity.

Its texture is smooth and velvety, plus exotic flavors like avocado, with a slight almond flavor, bright gold color.
